Travis was so helpful throughout the whole process!! We found a house we fell in love with before we had a chance to list our current house. Travis assured us he would get our house sold and to go ahead and put in an offer (stressful!!!!). But we trusted him so went ahead with the offer and got the house! We then had to rush to prep our current house and get it up for sale. Travis was there every step of the way.. had the house beautifully staged and marketed properly. He answered all of my questions (probably asked way too many) and he was always available and happy to help. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! He turned what could have been a stressful process into something so easy and stress free. Thank you for everything!!

Three years ago, we met Travis at one one of his open houses. Travis was somewhat new to the business, but we were very impressed. We went ahead with Travis for our sale and purchase. He was fantastic. Travis remained in contact. About a year and a half later, we were considering making a move to Toronto or Mississauga. We were just exploring the idea, Travis was more than happy to arrange showings and take us through. Fast forward to a month and a half ago, I accepted a position in London On. We now had to sell our home in Oshawa and purchase a home in London, in time to have our daughter in school for September. Travis and his team gladly accepted the challenge. House was on the market in a week. Sold above asking within 2 days. Travis then joined the London real estate board to be able to show us homes in London. He rented a hotel room, Michelle arranged the showings and we were off and running. Travis made two round trips to London in the same weekend. Offer was placed and negotiated. The deal was done. Mission accomplished. In a matter of 4 weeks. Travis and his team, Michelle and Crystal on staging, sold our home and we had keys to our new home in London.
